Can horary answer this unique question?

I am looking to buy property in an area that has a medium risk of volcanic activity. I am concerned that in my lifetime that an eruption may possibly occur as in the next 50 years it is due for another. From viewing past lava flow history of past eruptions their flow paths have not affected the area of where the house actually sits but near enough hence the medium risk of properties in the area being affected.

Will lava affect the property I am interested in buying during my lifetime?
