Aspects in the 9th harmonic chart?

Do they mean the same as the aspects of a natal chart? I know a 9th harmonic chart is different than a natal chart and has a different affect, but do the aspects indicate the same but on a different level depending on the type of chart?

Like, if I have a Venus Asc conjunction in 9th harmonic, does it mean the same as a Venus asc conjunction in a naral chart?

I know this is probably the wrong section, but I didn't know where else to post the thread.

I read about 9th harmonic chart being related to marriage in some way, but there is actually very little resources on this, I think Venus conj Asc should be considered favorable, as in pleasant and loving married life, so I think you are not suppose to read it as natal - pertaining to yourself.

The Venus conj asc is just an example. I have a Mercury opposition Venus in 9th harmonic.
