Im going to say yes she does at times still think about you.
My reasons are: Moons in an air sign, moons last aspect was to mercury, she/moon is elevated, moons antiscia is in your 3rd house, and mercurys is in her 3rd house.
Depending on how your both not in contact anymore...id say she may have at times thought of contacting you.
