Neera Tandem is the first person that President Biden appointed to his Cabinet to withdraw the nomination tonight. Since she came under criticism for her tweets (they were similar to Trump's tweets, lambasting different people), BUT of course, she is a woman, and this is still a patriarchal country ladies.
So Neera is out, although President Biden said he will find a place for her anyway in his administration.
