Horary Questions Regarding Amount of Kids

I was wondering. Have any horary people here had any luck reading charts that ask if someone will have kids/how many kids they will have?

Also, when reading them, what would determine multiple births? Would you look at how many planets are just in the fifth house or look at the fifth house, then seventh house, etc. like people do with natals?
