If this is casual meeting, a date or two, so signified by the 5th house, then Venus and Merc are the significators. They are disjunct by sign, one sign apart. And Merc is way swifter than Venus, so no connection/meeting any time soon.

If this is a serious relationship, so 7th, then it is Venus and Mars. And they are also disjunct, 5 signs apart, so do not aspect, do not see eye to eye, or regard each other. I see no coming together even though by reception, he receives you well, likes you. As Bunraku notably points to, there is someone else in his/7th house.

The indicator that there is likely someone else in his life is that a planet, in this case, Mercury, in his/7th house. This does not tell us if this individual is living with another or not; just that there may be someone else in his life.
