OK, here we go. not totally sure if this is the right time when horary astrology came to my mind, but if it is to be, than it is to be.

so, there is a person for whom i'd like to know is there going to be a relationship developing.

As for the chart you shared, I couldn't get a good look at it as it doesn't include aspects and is rather blurry. Would you mind recasting the chart with house system in Reg or Whole Sign rather than Placidus?

perhaps a few informations - i am not really sure if this is the correct time when i thought about asking here. also, i was the one approached by the person i am asking for. so, perhaps, it's not a totally valid issue, perhaps some advice on how to correctly do it or correct it?
