Hey everyone. I asked a horary question about a romantic interest. We were friends before but now I'd be inclined to take her as the 7th. The question asked though was, "Does _____ see me as a friend?" Should I take the quesited as the 7th or the 11th?

Often if the question is valid to make a chart, the moon will be in the house of the matter asked about. In this case, her, therefore where the moon is would be the proper house to consider.
