which houses for will i find a place?

Landlord wants us to move even though we are current on rent, because we have been a week or two late with rent a few times over last year and a half. We are having trouble finding a new place because some credit issues from about 5 yes ago. I want to look at a chart..I haven't made one yet..except sneaking a look at current transits...(do I need to count that as time of chart?) But I am a novice and not sure which houses to look at for this. Any help?

P.s. I'm not a fresh novice..but been so off and on in learning over a few years that I'm still novice enough to need to ask to know what I'm doing
