Rahu Mahadasha Transition - any advice appreciated

I am in transition phase from Rahu to Jupiter Mahadasha.
Rahu Mahadasha was good to me in general except that last 2-3 years have been extremely stressful because of my high stress job. I lost my job this year due to cost cutting by the company and finding very hard to get one in current uncertain times.
I have read a lot about vedic astrology and tried to interpret my chart - as people do in times of trouble. However, what scares me is some of the websites indicating that upcoming Jupiter Mahadasha from September is not going to be beneficial to me. It makes enduring these tough times with patience and grace all the more difficult.
Could someone please advice if the results of upcoming Jupiter mahadasha and its effects.

Jupiter major-period will be a time of change. You should get job in this period but you will have to work hard at jobs and they will be strenuous. Financially the period should be favourable. Rahu placed in Gemini could take you abroad. Married life and children should be pleasant.

Hello,

9th. house Rahu in Gemini is good for overseas success or success in multinational companies, it being in the own star and the sub of the 'foreign'.
But such a rahu dasa doesnt give mental stability, but gives a dynamic/forceful attitude in career, and pursuing of finances and the material!
