July 13 Solar eclipse conjunct natal moon

Since the moon is ruled by cancer and and I have a natal moon conjunct the eclipse in cancer almost on the same degree, what do you think that signifies for me? I looked up youtube videos on moon in cancer and they talk about emotions and mothering etc. I have children, mother, mother in law etc. and am not planning to have more children. Also videos show eclipse in the 8th house of those with ascending sagitarious but my natal chart shows 7th house.Which one is correct? Also feel free to comment on my natal chart.Thank you!
