I recently heard that when outer planets pass by one of our birth planets and make a conjunction or hard aspect, it is strongest either on its first, second, or third time aspecting depending on the planet. Like, Jupiter is strongest on its last aspect and Pluto strongest on its first. What is this called and when it Uranus strongest?
