The ruler of third house is Saturn, and Saturn is in his own sign. I see that it squares with Mercury which could be the ruler of eighth house (Gemini), or tenth house (Virgo). In this case, I would have to interpret them as nth from third - so sixth from third or eighth from third.

What troubles me is I see Mars in conjunction with Saturn. In relationship horaries, I learned that this usually means sexual contact or that two people are together. Is there any chance that my brother is being sexually harassed?
