Hello everyone. I currently have sun, neptune, and quiron transiting all 3 at 26degrees my 11th h, and also lillyth and mercury all transiting my 11th house on aquarius. Mercury is trining my natal uranus. :unsure:I also have my 12th house full with venus, jupiter, moon and uranus. The sun is also trining my natal moon and mars sextile my natal uranus. I have been studying how to read my chart and have made a lot of progress. I have suddenly gotten an urge to go more deep into astrology, could that be the reason why I have so many planets in the 12th house, uranus, moon, jupiter? I am also divorced and single and right now my social life is very active. I would greatly appreciate your input.... I have attached my chart....Thank you

Welcome to AW,

It's a little confusing to see transits on the inside wheel instead of outside.

I have suddenly gotten an urge to go more deep into astrology, could that be the reason why I have so many planets in the 12th house, uranus, moon, jupiter?
When I came into studying astrology T Jupiter was going through my 9th house of higher learning.

When studying transits it's more important from mars onwards as sun, moon, merc and venus are very fast moving planets

Beginning to Study Astrology
If you click on these links they should help.

If you are a little more advanced than basic beginner then -

Transits
I use--- 1' approaching, 1' exact and 1' departing. If you click on the link listed below for the online ephemeris it will list all planets at any given time. Learning astrology is like learning a new ‘language’ and obviously the more effort you put into something the more your knowledge and understanding will increase.

astro.com has fee six month transit forecast plus when you get into Extended chart selection, look at the three tabs after calculating a chart under ‘method’ default is circular wheels (on left), middle is special charts and in their you get graphic ephemeris 1yr (or 5years) with natal = transits for 1yr and lots more. BUT you first must learn or memorise the 'glyphs' ie: shorthand for recognising what these maps/graphics mean.

For example when you post or reply to a chart the 'smilies' to the right and just under them [more] if you click on there it will bring up a whole loads of 'glyphs' :mercury:Mercury :uranus:Uranus :conjunct:conjunction (+or - 8') :trine:trine aspect 120' :libra:Libra

Now it's more important to focus on transits from Jupiter to Pluto (poss mars as this is the ignition key)and these planets when aspecting something in your natal chart 'set off' the difficult or nice 'aspects - potential - problems' that your chart expresses. By that I mean if a benefic planet like Jupiter hits/touches/transits your venus, mars or uranus these could be experienced very pleasantly. BUT if your natal venus is afflicted, or badly aspected say conj saturn then jupiter will not has such a good effect. It all depends on how the natal planet is 'aspected'

For me I would say external 'events' must be seen by transits, progressions or Solar arcs to Angles ie: Asc/Desc & MC/IC most other times these events are 'internal, psychological matters as in between the ears'

This last website link is rather nice because it gives interpretations of what the ‘Lord’ of the house cusp ruler means ie: T Jupiter sextiles natal sun, so wherever Leo rules in your chart is connected to the area this transit will be affecting –

Astrologer50, thank you for your help! I totally agree with you that astrology is like learning a new language... funny how I'm actually a language teacher:wink: The first two web sites did not work, but have been to cafeastrology and others and have been trying to absorb as much as I can about astrology. I have been astrology for about a year but been concentrating on it in the past three months. I now understand what you said about the slower moving planets and now I'm focusing on that... I was looking at future transits and I see that saturn will be transiting my 7th house which is :libra: and will :conjunct::uranus:and then :parsfortunae:. I know that when a planet crosses your descendant it impacts your life more than other aspects. What do you think about that transit? Thanks again for your help...
