Neptune progressing natal moon

Hi,
My neptune has recently progressed to a conjunction to my moon. Has anyone experienced this or anything similar? My solar return this year will feature my natal neptune in conjunction to my solar return ascendant.
Any heads up will be greatly appreciated.

I currently have transit Neptune over my Moon; reflections on the past, along with vivid and often prophetic dreams; small items keep disappearing on me; unexplained/psychic interruptions; flooding in my basement; daughter has estranged herself from contact with me, and grandchildren have been removed to a distant place; facing heart surgery, with anaesthesia; emotional challenges; my past state of reality is 'slipping away'; the Moon is all about your emotional reactivity and balance; female relatives and motherhood, and the past. I am also learning to cope better with disappointments and losses; I think this transit is also about reconciling with the past. Of course one needs to see your chart as a whole, for interpretation...
