I have a question on my fertillity/natal promise.

I am almost 41, I have 2 kids girl born in 92, boy born in 02.
I'm pretty much done having kids.. I have had 6 pregnancies but miscarried 4.
3 were back to back, just before I was pregnant with my son.

I don't have any desire for more kids....

My problem is because I'm over 40, doctors don't really want to give me birth control anymore..

Last summer, I had a cyst rapture in my flopian tube, I was tested for cancer, which came up negative, I was then tested for pre cancer cells, which also came up negative.
My doc said they would give me a trail run on birth control, but advised that I am at risk for blood clotting. That's it's really not recommended for me..
At this point, I have not tried it. Due to the health concerns..

But I worry about getting pregnant, I really don't want anymore.. I have considered getting fixed, but idk if I really want to do that, right now..
I feel like its taking away my option.

My question is, have I filled my natal promise of 2 children?
Also am I susceptible to blood clots?

I haven't been pregnant since 02, I seem to get pregnant every 10 yrs or so.
The 10 yr mark has passed, so I'm hoping no further children are in my future.
