If you were taking anything hormonal, that could have thrown your whole system off, resulting in the acne. Some other types of medications could potentially cause that, too.

I can't recall if you just wanted solely about appearance, but Capricorn second suggest you are very cautious with your body and finances, so maybe people notice this and it adds to their perception?
