umm i am not seeing it atm

venus and saturn do not meet
venus is peregrine I think - peregrine no direction
moon is not aspecting saturn either your L9
also we need to look at Merc your finances it is out of via combusta but still not getting a yes.
another element that worries me is merc's aspect to mars and mars rules your 12th

are you sure this is a good idea?

I'm an artist and would like to progress in my career - teach, and just get some solid credentials behind me. This will also help me grow tremendously. It is very competitive that is certain. All the universities I've applied to are in the states.

Did I do the right chart? I could not find where to do a Horary, so just did one with the time I posted up the question on the forum. I am in PST, near Vancouver.

The email I received after I submitted my funding application is dated Thu, Nov 13, 2014 at 6:51 PM PST. I'll do a chart on that one shortly.

your 2nd house is not showing a promise.. even if you get admitted yous till have $$$ problem

i dont touch event charts, we got some ppl who read them. I don't.

Here is the chart for the grant application. The time is based on the email I received saying I successfully submitted the app, and is PST, which is my local time. Does this help at all?

So you are saying it would not be a positive answer or experience or both?

Tikana, I think there is something odd about the chart I posted up above, the first one. I am not quite sure but I think the time is wrong. The time should be 12:10 am - and the chart says 16:19. I don't understand why.

12:10 am on this board is GMT right?

if we cant get a Yes for grad school out of horary, why use event chart?
i see no logic.

So sorry. I feel very badly that you took time on the first one. I think I know what I did - when I tried to make it bigger, and I clicked on enlarge, it made it default to the current time. My apologies. :crying:

I checked and double checked this one. It's the right time, and the right coordinates and the right date.
