I am glad to have found this forum. There are so many horary examples here. I have only been reading kindle ebooks on horary until I found this place.
Family restaurant has been breakeven/loss and now thinking about listing restaurant for sale. I am wondering if it would be sold at a profit by end of year.
My own novice interpretation:
The 10th house cusp is on the sign of Virgo, which makes Mercury the 10th house ruler and the significator for the restaurant. Mercury is in the sign of Cancer where it is peregrine. Mercury would have essential dignity in Face if it was in 10-19.99 degrees of Cancer. Mercury trines the benefic Jupiter which is in Pisces. I interpret this as favorable for selling, but not really sure. Mercury is in the 8th house, 2nd from the 7th house, which means it would be sold at the price favorable to the buyer, if it was to be sold by end of year
