I am not even sure if this possible to determine, but thought I would try. I have a new boss who in many ways has been a breath of fresh air and I am learning lots from. However, I CANNOT shake this sense of distrust. I don't have anything to base it on as of yet other than a few inconsistent statements, but he is only a month into the job. By nature I struggle with trust and am always on alert of people's actions. The alcoholic parent childhood. I am not sure if it is because of my nature, projection, waiting for the shoe to drop because it has been a hard two years and don't trust it can be better or if I should be proceed with caution. I thought I would bring to to this forum for some insight. Much appreciated.
