I saw Venus in horary usually consider another woman? If it landed in the quiested house but if she landed in 12 th house but still in the same sign of the 1 house of quiested but below the D.C..i can consider it as it landed in the quiested house or his 12 th??

If Venus longitude is less than DC, then it is in 12th to DC.
If Venus longitude is less than AC, then it is in 12th to AC.
Don't consider sign.
