Can someone interpret my natal chart in layman's term:)

I've recently started to get into astrology and i'm finding it very entertaining. There is so much info. on the web to explain my chart but I still don't comprehend it and how it relates to my life. Can someone review my chart and explain to me what it means and how I can use it to my advantage? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

pisces ascendant makes you wavering mind, sensitive(sometimes excess), spiritual, romantic at times and your heart can be broken and rejoined many times

mercury+venus in 2nd house will make you attractive
sun+mars in 3rd house courageous
moon in 9th house a weak mind. sometime you just follow what others say and you dont have any say
saturn+jupiter in 10th house gives good profession but frustration at work

its all about mind game. your moon is connected to uranus which makes it flickering

thanks virinchi! the part about my being broken and rejoined many times is so true. what can i do to change that?

5th lord (controlling mind/heart/thoughts/love etc) moon is in scorpio with uranus
