This is in relation to someone I like at work with who we have been flirty for a while (in my opinion). Recently I decided to shoot my shot and we kind of agreed to go on a date. The conversation dried up on Friday (because I stopped making effort and he didn't pick it back up), we haven't spoken all weekend and he hasn't responded to my work emails all day- I feel like he is suddenly avoiding me.
Please can you comment on what is going on here?
