I think it will be very very very soon because:
The Moon (he) is on the ascendant (come to you), he wants you badly :wink: and soon meets Venus your second significator, also a benefactor planet, the planet of love and relationships) that is on you .....
Also this :venus: is the ruler of its own third house (transportation, fast routes and short distances)....

Just for my curiosity and to learn : is in January and not in December, because Moon is in 12 house in a Cardinal house?
I ask you because I thought that having this conjunction, it can be very soon...

In fact, I am talking about this double conjunction: with ascendant and then with Venus ( the ruler of 9th house).
He is living in other country...

So, in this case if the Lord of 7th house is conjunct Ascendant is not applicable just as in the case when the Lord of 7th house is in 1 house?
