Small Claim court case

hi everyone

I really need some advice. I am now facing a small claim court case for a very small amount. Long story short. I forgot to pay a fee and didn't realise about that until it is too late that I Can't even pay for it directly . now I got a court hearing. therefore I cast a chart to see if I can resolve it smoothly.

In theory this should be a relative simple case. but when I tried couple free legal advice and kept getting kick back and forth, which is quite typical for Government provide services. so I really would like to see if I can just go into the hearing by myself and explain my situation and pay the fine and close the case

thanks a lot for any insight.

I don't see a problem.
If in doubt, visit your nearest CAB for re-assurance. If you can't pay, you can even negotiate a payment plan, like £10 per week if on benefits or low income, providing that you can show them your financial status.
