Hay not an expert ,
But i can tell u that the person you nd up with will b a foreigner , not born in the same country as you , and that there will be alot of communication between you guys.

Talking about transits:
Uranus will start transiting your 7th house the next year, so it won't be the best moment to start something serious with someone. On the other hand you will have surprises en 7th house matters, like meeting someone new, or someone with strong Uranus, or a weirdo.
