I am currently ending my Venus Mahadasha. I came to USA in Jan 2014 and completed my masters by Aug,2015.Had my H1-B approved for 3 years in Oct 2016.

I have no stable and well paying job since I graduated.I have interviewed with multiple reputed MNC's but not able to get past the hiring manager round.I am in acute financial crisis now.

The Sun owns the fifth house and occupies the twelfth. The Sun is in a sign of Jupiter and constellation of Saturn. There may be some worry relating to children in the major-period of the Sun.
Mercury and Venus are combust and Mercury is debilitated in a constellation of Saturn. As Venus is with Mercury and exalted the debilitation may not cause much trouble. The sub-period of Mercury in the major-period of the Sun could be unsatisfactory.
The sub-period of Venus should be good.

The analysis has been spot.I am not married yet but the analysis of my personality and traits is very comprehensive.

The information about debilitated and exaltation of planets has been very helpful.I was under the impression that my debilitated moon and mercury have played an important role in my troubles.But I now understand that these debilitated planets are aspected or combined with exalted planets.

Talking about my Venus Mahadasha..I was looking at the Shadbala analysis.

Especially my Ishthaphal (IP)and kasthaphal (KP)analysis

My IP and KP are 5.0 and 15.0 for Venus mahadasha

and

My IP and KP are 40.0 and 15.0 for Surya mahadasha.

Can you please explain the significance of this score??

Look for Saturn in Ashtakavarga. Not everyone experiences disaster during sade sati. Some have very successful careers during sade sati. If I remember correctly, Bill Clinton was one example here. Ashtakavarga values of Saturn will tell you what to expect.

In your case: Saturn gets in Scorpio 1 point, in Sagittarius 2 points and in Capricorn 4 points. If we use reduced values, then in Scorpio 0 points, in Sagittarius 0 points and in Capricorn 2 points. So expect significant improvement of your situation when Saturn moves into Capricorn. Until then, probably not much will change.

I had a terrible time till May,2018.Faced a lot of rejections.Things suddenly gained momentum from May.Cleared the interview rounds with ease.Now I am stuck since June 4th week waiting for the results.

I think the Mars transit to capricorn had a huge impact on me.

Please share your opinion as well.

Saturn being an bitter enemy to Mars doesn't help me a lot as well.Being Mesha Lagna and Jyestha native, Saturn was always uncomfortable in Scorpio.

I second your example for Bill Clinton.But,my learning says that first Sade Sati hits you very hard.Second one is more beneficial.

I was in Venus Mahadasha (Marakesh Dasha) till Jan,2018.Was hoping things will change for good in Surya Mahadasha who is yogakarak for mesha lagna and vrischik rashi.
