You could try asking a horary question in that forum, by posting a chart and asking a question with yes or no answer but first you need to learn few basics and at least attempt an interpretation as horary is inundated with silly questions and senior members get very frustrated....

I don't see why is it for horary. It's question about natal chart and it's 9th house interpretation.

Distant travels are 12 house, and travel in general is 9 house. So, the ruler of my 12 house is Venus,and it's not aspecting the ruler of the 9th house-Uranus.

Uranus as the ruler of my 9 house, is he promising something??

1) the 12th house has 'nothing' to do with travel
2) 9th house is long distance travelling.
3) short distance travelling
5) holidays

So if you can predict if or when can/may travel I take my hat off to you
