I have 5th house ketu in Virgo with Budha in 7th house with Saturn.
Will I have progeny in my life?

There is Vishdhar kaal Sarpa Yoga.

It is generally related to problems of 5th house including worries related to progeny.

The 5th lord is retrograde also with Saturn in 7th, that is in general worries related to progeny.

But Saturn is 9th lord. The conjunction of 5th and 9th lord offers benefits through education/knowledge. I think, if you have problems you will find ways for progeny.
