Wow, look at this. According to this information England have Moon aspecting Sun/Neptune and possibly aspecting their natal Moon. Venus is aspecting both planets too. Croatia's planets are not being aspected by Mars anymore. Based on this, England to win.

Here is the chart for the game for people to analyse using John Frawley's sports method.
Interestingly both 1st house and 7th house planets are in their own sign giving them strength.
Croatia are billed as the home team so I gave them 1st house, Capricorn and pluto also fit with their dark strip, England I gave 7th house as they are billed as the away team and they are playing in white which fits with Cancer.
At first sight I thought Croatia might win as the ruler of the 10th house, pluto is right on the ascendant, however my later prediction is that the 7th house team will win. They have the sun on their cusp and the sun is a more favourable planet for winning and success than pluto. Mars is the traditional ruler of the 10th and this is in the 1st house, but venus is the ruler of the 4th house (the 10th house for the 7th house team) and the moon, the ruling planet of the 7th house is applying to venus, whereas saturn, the ruling planet of Capricorn, does not make an aspect to mars or pluto.

Perhaps pluto, ruler of the 10th, on the ascendant was relevant?
