Notice anything in chart?

I'm new to this kind of astrology and was wondering if anyone would be willing to just glance at my chart. So far, what I read wasn't pretty. I just sounded vain, dumb, and lost in the clouds...I can't seem to make anything good of this. If all those are the case. I don't mind the hard truth but I would like to know what a professional might see.

Right now, I want to live overseas, and I am always worried about finding a someone to love. I really want to understand if overseas travel, especially to South Korea would be good for me. Anything you see in my chart would be helpful though!

Gajkesari (wealth) yog in 4th house but rahu ruining the results, mars and ketu in 10th shows problem in workplace and with sibling/friends , pain in foot or back, skin problems. blue/black cloths should be avoided.

Here is my original chart posting. I have a MAC so I can't use the software, but I am really worried, especially what was said about wealth...is there anything I can do about that? Everything seems rather negative, I wonder if most people just see a lot of negativity and don't respond?
