4 planet conjunction meaning?

I have a question about conjunction planet.
What is the meaning of having Sun Mars Mercury Venus in 9th house for aquarius ascendant?
Sun:15 degree
Mars:14 degree
Mercury:13 degree
Venus: 11 degree

1) Generally. 4 planets conjunction signifies area of confusion.

If it is in the 9th house per Vedic .. confusion in higher education

When selecting subjects.

2) When planets are very close to sun , then these planets get

Combustion too. Combusted planets simply sit without giving any effects.

3 ) Sometimes 4 planets conjunction MIGHT give misfortunate

Incidents to other family members too.
