Chiron & Uranus opposition natally

Or the other way round.

Now, the really weird thing is that for the last 10 years I have that this weird obbsession regarding HIV and the FEAR of contracting it.

Having Just read Barbra hand clows book on Chiron she hilghights that many people born with this configuation, indeed have Died of aids.

Personally, I know that is a huge generalisation but, Could anything else in this chart...my chart indicate sexual Dis-ease.

I am terrified of getting this thing.

what is making me so obsessional /sensative about this particular matter?

I have been celibate for 7 LONGGGGG YEARS NOW!..lol

I personally don't think you can see such medical things in a natal chart, although I'm sure a few may disagree.

If you use the search feature, with keywords like google, in title not thread body you will find loads has already been done on this generational chiron opp uranus.

I suppose I am alittle worried my addictions could be life threatening too, since I have venus opposition pluto tranit coming up next year. In addition, the guy I am interested in has a pluto sq venus coming up at the same time!..strange but true..

Now, I am led to believe that is possibly stalker stuff. I have been stalked once already...for 3Years!!

Well without seeing your chart it's rather hard to comment, but if you always think in negative ways that's what you will attract to you. Your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between fact or fiction, it juts acts like genie and aldin's lamp and wants to fulfill your thoughts and dreams. So be careful what you put lots of thought and emotion behind -- cos you make it a self fulfilling prophecy

Thing with transits is they are usually internal things -- between the ears-- unless they make an aspect to Asc or MC

Pluto opp venus could be very nice romantic assignation, I really cannot imagine it to be life threatening. Do you have a lot of Virgo or cancer in your chart? these two really can worry for the rest of us....

I have this aspect natally as well, with Chiron in Gemini in the 10th and a Sag Uranus in the 4th house. Ofcourse, there is also a t-square with a Pis Jupiter in the 7th, but I'm not sure how to interpret this normally.

I have met someone that I am interested in but, I just have so many hangups that it may not be the right time. I just don't know why it's got so bad??

well I do... I had an experience a few years ago and the fear has stuck. I thought I had contracted through a casual relationship I was having at the time, 7 years ago now. apparently I was going through my chiron sq chiron . well It certainly left a mark imprinted firmly in my mind. I suppose I am scared I haven't really learn't the lesson even though I know I have...again very strange.

My Chriron Uranus opposition, could be the addiction to great sex, terrible non committed men relationship? I kind of went completely the other way even though I truly would like to be with someone now..

My chiron is in aries in the 4th house.

I found this interesting. It seems my Black moon lilth is in Libra in 10th house.
Lilith in Libra gives people that are very receptive to outside influences, other people’s opinions and demands, which first puts them in the unenviable position of subordinating to the will of others. Don't blame Chiron opp. Uranus, that aspect lasted 40 years.

Chiron is more about dealing with emotional and psychological issues, not about worrying about health, people misinterpret the nickname "Wounded healer".

Find the sun in your chart and see what it is telling you.....

The Sun is where you want to place your focus to answer this and most all questions, until you go further into understanding.

You know the Sabian I gather....An unsealed letter. That placement of 30 degrees implies an inability to relate to an identity.

Then you have helpful Mercury pulling you further into Virgo, at the 6. Understand the 6 as a very business vacillating thinking energy - today is the 6 of Pisces to give you an idea, in cse you noticed a nutty man today going back and forth or maybe a very assertive woman naming the things that are seen.

I would say your SSN is 13, because you are on the cusp between Leo and Virgo. See the diagram on my website to see how Leo 30 is placed in the larger cycle at the 13 - and guess what the essence of this energy is? The famed Aries 13 shows, "An unsuccessful bomb explosion". When I thoughtof that, I thought, this relating to a dis-ease that she is having is just a way to create a Virgo-type identity....It's not something thta is going to happen.

I find this thread fascinating, and I can absolutely relate to your fear of AIDS. I have Chiron conjunct Moon in the 4th house in Gemini, opposite Uranus in the 10th house in Sag.
I remember the first time I was tested for AIDS, being more terrified than I'd ever been in my life. I get tested on a regular basis, just for my own peace of mind, and fortunately I am clean . Truth be told, I fear STIs of any kind, but I'm not convinced its the Chiron Opp. Uranus aspect that is to blame. I understand that scars and ailments are often dictated by your Mars placement, and sure enough, mine is in Scorpio. I have had a number of issues gynecologically, so this makes sense. I also have a crazy fear of not being able to have children, but that remains to be seen.
And for the comment that Cancers worry for everyone- this Cancer Sun/Mercury/Venus agrees

I also have chiron opposite uranus in 1st and 7th house. I was scared I had HIV once when I went to nursing school. But I tested myself several times, and never had it! Never had any other STD either, although some doctor thought I had it once because of an emergency, but it was inner bleeding and not infection!

I think one should stop being so hypochondric, especially if youre studying some health related subject

Sorry, I was only refering to myself (being a health-student) and the thoughts and emotions that are attached to it

I didnt mean to be hurtful or anthing I just get a little annoyed with myself for having these thoughts of mine sometimes, thats all...

I have mars square this chiron-uranus opposition, so to me it sounds like there is a danger for sudden bleeding, fever or perhaps infections? I had severe fever cramps as a child (nearly resulting in death), kidney infection, the inner bleeding (I thought I was going to die), and the year after that first pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage (and I thought I was going to bleed to death, it was so long). I think these might be related to my chiron, mars, uranus T-square. Also mars is in my 6th house conjuncting both venus and moon. All the health problems Ive had are related to some acute form (uranus) with marsian forms of illnesses (fever, bleeding, infection), and the terrible physical pain that followed (chiron?). I almost dont dare to get pregnant again for example. But hope it will pass in a few years.

By the way HIV isnt so easily contracted as for example Chlamydia or gonorrhea. Usually these are contracted by drug misusers, having sex with people from certain countries in Africa and Asia without protection. If you prick yourself on a HIV infected needle, chances are only like 0,3 % that you will get it.

I read about some study in Norway, cause they test all pregnant women for HIV, and that when testing 2000 -3000 pregnant women only 1-2 had it!

Other STDs like Chlamydia, Syphilis, Gonorrhea are treatable, but its then important to test oneself on a regular basis so that the disease doesnt go far before detection and treatment.

I think there must be other indications in your chart for this fear that you have other than only the chiron-uranus opposition. Something with moon or mercury and bad aspects to a malefic?
