are we going to talk again?

I had a fall out with a friend, we had an argument and he accused me of being toxic and clingy. I had a bad day at work 3 days ago, and I needed to talk to him, but he was not available, called me late in the night around 10pm cause he was at a party, saying he could not drop his plans for me even thou we are friends. Told him I could not rely on him and he got angry.
Now we are not talking for 2 days and he has not responded to my last message, and barely says hi to me and I am getting the silent treatment. I stopped calling.
I overreached to an issue, I admit, but the friendship means a lot to me. Is he just taking his time or he won't talk to me again? Should I leave him alone?
