Kicking him out?

I have long-term problems with our tenant.
He never pays on time ,still didn't pay one missing rent and again this month,he just decided by himself to make the rent about 100 euro less.. ! He doesn't answer to our phone calls,neither calls back,ruin our patience completely.
So we have decided to kick him out as of next month because i can not live with the same stress every month since i am still paying the mortgage.

Either we will sell or will rent to some one responsible...

i have ask the question as if we are going to kick him out of the house..
i am not sure which house is for tenants . i took 8th house for property.

i just found out that 6th house for tenants. :-(

The fourth house rules the family, buildings, the home, real estate and the father. The fifth house rules children, boy or girlfriends sports, theatre, recreation. The sixth house rules pets, health, employees, tenants, aunts, uncles.
