I read that there's a solar eclipse on November 13 that will be at 21°57 Scorpio. According to the Cafe Astrology website, this eclipse will most affect people "born with personal planets and points at approximately 17 to 27 degrees of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius)".
Thus, this solar eclipse will affect my natal retrograde Venus (one of my personal planets) at 24°53 Scorpio, and my natal retrograde Saturn at 20°33 Taurus. Should I be worried about this eclipse, because of its contact with my natal, afflicted retrogrades? The solar eclipse opposite my natal Saturn in particular concerns me, because I read that it means hardships (not more struggles!) ahead?
Also, are cusp points counted for solar eclipse effects? If so, then this eclipse would affect my 5th House of Pleasure (21°49 Taurus) and my 11th House of Friendships (21°49 Scorpio).
How long do the effects of solar eclipse last on one's natal chart?
