Translation of Light?

I'm learning so much from you all so I thought I would pose this question here. My friend and I were talking last night and she asked the question of whether she will meet someone by December 31. So I generated a chart. The 1st house ruler is Sun and 7th Saturn or co-ruler Uranus. The sun and saturn do not aspect but the moon is approaching a conjunction to retrograde uranus and approaching a trine of 12 dregrees to the sun. Does the moon bring the sun and uranus together, through translation of light? Also, since neither uranus nor the moon are in essential dignities can I not use the moon and uranus aspect since uranus is retrograde? The chart is below

Thank you in advance
Angel

answer is NO

Sun is not aspecting Saturn .. forget modern planets
Moon is not aspecting Saturn directly either

DO NOT mix modern and traditional rules

traditional: Sun - Saturn
modern: Sun-pluto

From standard horary perspective, no (in the reference chart) there would be no translation of light (as traditionally defined) here-even if we decide to use Uranus as a significator (which would not be considered in standard horary) the orb of the Moon from aspect with the Sun is way too large to consider as effective.
