Example: Martin Luther, 1483.
Scorpio 4th House stellium.
Note that Mars is sole dispositor.

To see chart, go to Google, say "horoscope of Martin Luther".

What's it good for?
Well, it might be bad...depends.
What did it produce in Luther's life?
There's your answer.

I have a friend with a Scorpio 4th stellium. I think she mostly lives her life in the comfort, security and peace of her home. Until Luther was around 35 he lived in the bosom of the Church; similar?

But you cannot make blanket statements. Too many variables.

What is it good for? Any examples?

The definitive part of the situation is not that there is a stellium in the Fourth House; that is why you can't say much that is definitive about it. When you see which planets are involved and how they are connected to other parts of the chart, then you can define a theme. Being a stellium and being in the Fourth House are tertiary to the participant planets in mixture. They are merely modifiers to the meaning of planetary combinations.

A stellium "brings attention to", "concentrates energies on", "overpowers", etc.

It indicates exceptional, often excessive, attention by the native on the field of experience denoted by the house.
