im not sure what house rules websites
it might be 11th or 6th.
6th is services
11th is organizations or public type of things
saturn conjunct sun at 0 degrees is not a good sign.
jupiter in second is good, but its detriment. it could be related to funding.
i think you'll get people on it cause venus in the 6th is in a good position with mercury.
theres something wrong though in the 7th house
that could be "customers"
so you should reformulate your plan and ask again in like a month.
the square Jupiter from venus in the 6th probably means you have to reformulate the money issue
as well.

the 1st house cusp is still mars in the 8th. cause its the Asc sign.
the next first house sign would still be venus in the 6th.
so were paying attention to the "will towards it" mars as well as the "mercurialcentricness" included.
then were looking at the houses for different realms of the site.
then you have to see what it deals with.i dont think its completely void because of the degrees.
theres a 22 thats a master builder number for "moon". the reception qualities that you have are perfect
the masculine leadership type qualities are debilitated. 0 sun/saturn

well the "philosophy" of it 9th house is good except its structure is led by uranus/pluto square which can be kinda okay in this case.
the connections in to 11th with chiron/neptune at 0 retrograding means that finding these kinds of right people both in and out will have some problems at this time. thats one of the problems connected to 7th.

practice making a more intuitive mapping approach of the situation
rather than relying on certain medieval markers.
basically learn the houses and aspects and connect it with more standard horary.
reading full horary for different situations does help though. every kind of situation is mapped differently.
try to go inside the situation instead of it being a "person"
its more of an arena from different views both taking from
making it. its still connected to a person situationally
so it could be a marker for certain skills, but its also
just a thing by itself from an exterior view.
read legal horary. contest horary. conflict horary
these all interconnect at some point.
relational horary. lost object horary. personal horary.
learn all the house and planet significators. what house is something
ruled by. what phenomena or part of the phenomena would be ruled
by a planet or what can the planet indicate to produce.
read general aspects and positions but extract it to a more
situational instead of psychological view.
then you start examining how the situation is interconnected.
is an important planet cazimi. what aspects
matter more depending on where they're located.
so then you need architectural skills. are planets detriment.
start with standard horary. if saturn is in the 1st take it as that.
is the "grouping" of a related structure strong via conjunction.
most of this information is in any good horary book of "measurnment"
you can even check the sabian symbology for the positions of horary
it'll describe certain people or actions in the situation.
you can get down to aspect orbs, etc.
read 3+ descriptions.
save your horaries to look at them later on, and only ask once clearly.
the difference would be depending on the situation is the definite
"yes/no" reduction more important and how important is the

and different sectors relating to the action.
