A Virginia school board can block a transgender male from using the boys restroom when school starts next month, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Wednesday.
In a 5-3 decision, the high court put on hold a lower court ruling ordering the school board to allow Gavin Grimm to use the bathroom that matches his gender identity. The school board is expected to ask the justices to further intervene in the case later this month.
Grimm, who was born female but identifies as male, argues that the school board's policy requiring students to use either the restroom that corresponds with their biological gender or a private, single-stall restroom violates Title IX, a federal law that bars sex discrimination in schools.

Earlier this month the US Supreme Court issued an order that had the effect of blocking the policies in Virginia, but today’s order by Judge Reed O’Connor in Texas covers the entire country. It comes as parents are sending their children back to school following the summer break, and it’s a big relief for parents and students alike.
Texas and nearly two dozen other states have sued the Obama administration in lawsuits pointing out that President Obama does not have the legal authority to impose his dangerous transgender rules in the public schools, and threaten them with loss of federal funding if they refuse to comply. Obama took the unprecedented action by issuing “administrative guidance” in a letter to public schools. Today’s ruling by Justice O’Connor in one of the lawsuits finds that Obama did not follow proper procedures for notice and comments when issuing the guidelines, and that their effect is to enact laws that contravene existing legislative and regulatory texts. The Obama administration is expected to appeal.

Children As Young 10 Given FDA 'Sex Change' Drugs To Become Transgender
Children in the UK as 10 years old are now being given hormone changing drugs in order for them to become Transgender.

The new treatment, which is available on the NHS, halts the onset of adulthood and is being marketing by Big Pharma at youngsters who believe they are trapped in 'the wrong body'.

The powerful hormone, which is injected every month, stops any development of sex organs such as breast or body hair, which paves the way for doctors to 'swap sex' in surgery later.

It has now been revealed more than 600 children are now undergoing to controversial treatment at the Gender Identity Development Service clinic at University College Hospital in London.

‘Adolescence is the age when you’re in a turmoil because you’re trying to work out who you are and gender is a big part of that.

However, other medical experts have questioned the safety of the treatment, warning that little is known about its long-term mental, psychological and physical effects.

Last month three top US doctors, Professors Paul Hruz, Paul McHugh and Lawrence Mayer, published a highly critical report on the use of puberty-blockers to treat gender dysphoria.

Writing in American academic journal The New Atlantis, they warned that the safety of this ‘experimental’ treatment was ‘unsupported by rigorous scientific evidence’.

They further argued that the use of such drugs may be driving children to ‘persist in identifying as transgender’.

Research shows that the vast majority of under-16s who are troubled about their gender do not go on to take the drastic step of surgery.

Meanwhile, the three professors point to another study from a Dutch clinic – where all the adolescents prescribed puberty blockers had gone ahead with gender-reassignment surgery – as evidence that

Concern has also been raised about the blockers’ long-term impact on bone health.

But Prof Butler said the drugs have no ‘permanent effects’ on the reproductive system or the body as a whole.

‘When you stop the blocker, the puberty hormone process just starts up again within a couple of months. If you’ve gone through puberty already, you start where you left off,’ he said.

‘You don’t go back to the beginning again. If you haven’t gone through puberty, you would just complete the full puberty development process.

Gansen finishes by complaining that even in the preschools with the most progressive teachers of all the ones she observed, “children still engaged in heteronormative practices with peers,” adding that “these findings demonstrate the importance of teachers actively working to disrupt heteronormativity, which is already ingrained in children by ages 3 to 5.”
Campus Reform reached out to Gansen for additional comment on her research, but did not receive a response in time for publication.

It's more bizarre in Canada with our gender unicorns and children required to take classes in 'social justice activism' throughout their schoool years. Many of said classes focussing on sex and gender, specifically trying to show things like biological sex and gender as chimaeras.

Teachers don't have to teach the classes, but if they don't, they stand to lose their teaching licence for malpractice for 'privileging heterosexuality'.

It's not like we're a dimorphic species that reproduces sexually.

Claiming that his main objection to transgender issues is the use of taxpayer money to pay for transition surgeries, InfoWars host Jones apparently was discussing the recent story of a transgender man named Trystan Reese who gave birth to a boy weeks ago. The Washington Post reported on the birth Wednesday.

In this article it is explained that the couple is allowing their daughter to dress and act like a boy. So what? Is the kid really old enough to understand the complexities of sexual identity? Probably not, but the fact that the media is proud of this achievement is again a sign that some other greater agenda is in play here.

actually this article is not "What's up with this "Leftist" stuff, it is critical of the "left".

I did not write this article but it fits in with the my overall view that a certain new "morality" is being pushed to facilitate a fascist world government .
in this case the biological realities of homo sapiens are being discarded as a continuation of the destruction of the nuclear family and the/clan structures and the nation state. all these artifacts of culture give the individual an identity and the elite need mindless souls to entrap then in the believe that a slave society is "right".

I think we're talking extremes here, David. And the extreme left tends to be those lovely folk who tend towards (often violent) anarchism and communism. And the 'feminist' types who've now made it law in Canada that misgendering someone is a hate crime. Oh, and there is no such thing as biological sex. Legally pretty much, anyway.

The extreme right are the nation uber alles and white uber alles types.

The scary bit is that the extreme left has always appeared just before the fascists do, think Weimar Germany when the commies and the fascists were bashing each others' brains out in the streets before Hitler came to power (and co-opted the commies to be his stormtroopers). Actually, just before he did come to power, all the political parties had their own standing armies.

We're starting to see some weird similarities in America. And nobody wants to speak out against Antifa and the other violent loons. It's scary. I don't think you actually have that many hard-line racists, at least not so many that on their own they're a threat. But with both sides fighting, with the leftist types giving the rightist types actual victim status, it's gonna grow.

It is weird to me too. I'm hoping it's a combination of the Uranian transit through Aries, combined with Saturn through Sagittarius and Pluto through Capricorn. I realize this won't work for you, but maybe there's a Traditional way to see it as a temporary trend, instead of a harbinger of things to come.
