We need a clear question: What will be the state of my mother's health?
We need a time for this question: Month, Day, Year, Time of day: March 14, 2008, 3:42 pm
We need a location for this question: City, State, Country: Denver, Colorado, USA
To Evaluate a Birthchart: We need the Exact Time and Location.
On a medical note: There are different kinds of cancers, and what may work for one cancer, may not work for another. And although many strides have been made to understanding cancer, cancer is a complex process. The environment she is currently living in, what she has been exposed to in the past, and what level of medical care she has access to are going to help determine her health. I understand your concern. My parents are in the same age group as yours. They are now the elder generation.
As per what you have posted about your family history, I would suggest that you make sure to follow the recommended screenings for cancer for yourself.
