Is this a romance relationship?

Hello everyone, i would very much appreciate your input on this chart as i am literary feeling my heart going out my chest. We know each other, started to talk a lot, even to hang out from time to time and i would like to know if this will be a love romance that will materialize, like have a relationship with everything that a relationship means.

Whatever is causing your response to him, it will not lead to the romantic involvement that you seek.
