My Venus is 3 degrees from the Sun in the 12th house Gemini.
How do you interpret this?
Is the Sun at the same sign as the Ascendant?
No.

Cancer ascendant and the Sun-Venus combustion is in Gemini.
these are instructions

Thank you :)
Incidentally, beginners are unaware as well that
there is much mess and confusion in the area of the so-called "houses"
i.e.
There are at least twenty or thirty different house systems
or means of dividing the so-called "birthchart"
into twelve segments of life activity.

PLACIDUS IS SIMPLY THE DEFAULT

In astrology, houses, mansions, or domains
represent general areas of life activity
and are the grounding areas or arenas of expression for planets.
Originally, the words "houses" and "signs" were interchangeable.
AND SO

A planet in the SIGN of Aries was also a planet in the HOUSE of Aries
so there were no real houses as we know them today

today
the house location of a planet may change
DEPENDENT ON THE HOUSE SYSTEM CHOSEN

for example
USING Whole Sign House system ascendant sign becomes the whole first house
and the other houses follow.
ASCENDANT POINT ITSELF can then fall anywhere in the first house
and
MIDHEAVEN POINT anywhere in the upper half of the chart.

ASTROSEEK offers WHOLE SIGN HOUSES
calculation at https://horoscopes.astro-seek.com/traditional-astrology

The Whole Sign House system was used by the ancient Greeks
and the Hindus (who still use it today).
It is the oldest and simplest house system in existence
and immediately eliminates the awful mess astrologers have made

on the issue over the last 1300 years or so
Artificial divisions now known as houses
were attempts by early Greeks and Hindus to measure strength "points" in the horoscope
which during 7th and 8th centuriesAD were construed or confused
as means of dividing the birth chart.
The ascendant and midheaven degrees and their opposites, for example,
were definite power points or areas of intense focus
but not necessarily the beginnings of a house or quadrant.

Thanks for the info. I have just replaced with standard size image.
As Sun stated earlier
chart being discussed is a Day Chart
so Sun is sect leader of the sect in favor
and Jupiter and Saturn are also of the sect in favor
and are co-sectarians with the Sun

"It's a good thing" for any planet that is of the sect in favor

HOWEVER

If a planet is not of the sect in favor
then
it is the wrong time of day for the planet.

Saturn and Jupiter are not of the sect in favor in NIGHT charts
and Venus and Mars are not of the sect in favor in DAY charts.

Since chart is a day chart
then in this particular chart Venus is not of the sect in favor
and Venus is pursuing an opposite agenda
to that of day sect planets Sun, Jupiter and Saturn

Mercury as a morning star makes it a diurnal planet
so Mercury IS of the sect in favor in this particular chart
and Mercury in this particular chart is co-sectarian with the diurnal planets
Sun, Jupiter and Saturn

REGARDING THE HORIZON:
The diurnal planets are happier
if they are above the horizon in a day chart
and below it in a night chart.
Likewise, the nocturnal planets are happier
if they are above the horizon in a night chart
and below it in a day chart.
In this particular chart
Venus, a nocturnal planet is ABOVE the horizon
and as a consequence not so happy
This is not really a condition of sect
—it does not define sect in any way.
This is only a way to further determine the strength
or mood of any particular planet.
And it’s only adding or subtracting mildly from the planet.

for example:

In a diurnal chart the Sun is the sect light (the leader of the sect),
and Jupiter and Saturn are the planets of the Sect.
If Jupiter and Saturn are above the horizon they are happy.
BUT
If below the horizon in the diurnal chart
Jupiter and Saturn are still of the diurnal sect
—they are still of the sect in favour
—but they are not going to be as happy.

What does this stance mean with these planets? What aspects of my life I should work on?

Google some of the terms I posted. That will help you answer many of the questions.

You have a pretty complicated chart.

Some excerpts to get you started:

Venus in the 12th:

https://hniizato.com/12th-house-astrology/#venus-12th-house

Twelfth House Venus in Trouble – Fears about Relationships

Venus in 12th house might point to limiting beliefs about relationships.

If your parents had been poor role models for relationships (either through criticism, rejection or abandonment), you may find it difficult to fully accept yourself and articulate your needs in relationships.

Astrologers often say that twelfth house Venus suggests hidden affairs. However, a private affair is more a symptom of a dysfunctional 12th house Venus rather than its fate. When the Venus person does not value herself enough, she may settle for unavailable partners.

Another expression of 12th house Venus is a sense of private ideals that you secretly hold within. This sense of idealism might be rooted in disappointments from early home relationships. It may be your psyche’s attempt to heal past wounds by fixing what happened in the past.

Mars conjunct Saturn:

Mars Conjunct Saturn
Core Theme: Identification with father’s values. Focused energy.

Shadow Manifestation: If your father held negative views about you and/or himself, you might have accepted the limiting perception about yourself as truth. As a result, you may be repeating much of the disempowering, frustrated patterns your father exhibited.

Conscious Expression: Once you’re able to separate from your identification with your father’s destructive patterns (or, if you are able to identify with his positive patterns), you’ll gain a stronger sense of self, able to achieve new heights in life through focused effort.

I have problems with sex and relationships.
Unable to establilish a sexual/romantic relationship with women.
Helike, you have Saturn with Mars, but Mars (and Moon) is disjunct Venus,
which makes men cautious, hesitant, and frigid.
Thanks for the reply.
What do you think? Will I be successful with women in my later life?

Or is it permanent?
I think you will have marriage with a younger woman
because the Moon is waxing in first quarter, and that she will be bold and unruly
because of the applying aspect to Mars.
I will check some timings in a sec.
After 37.80 years of age, because the Moon moves to Venus by primary directions.

so only another three years before your situation improves
keep us updated

I can't attract any women sexually. Only in a friendly way.
Here's my chart.
