I wouldn't put too much weight on the final exact transit of Pluto to your ascendant. It's simply one more step and twirl in the dance that Pluto is doing with your ascendant, and has been for the last several years. If you continue studying astrology, you'll probably see the theme of your Pluto/AC years even more clearly in hindsight, once enough time has gone by to turn this time in your life into an era of your past.
The real manifestation of it is what's already been happening, and it's not just about Pluto. The last couple years, you've also had Uranus squaring your natal Uranus. That's the Uranus square that everyone gets at the beginning of their twenties, and it does mean a quarter life crisis: shift in identity, how you relate to the world, upheaval in security. Perhaps that's one reason why it's virtually impossible to find a college age (or slightly older) individual who isn't insecure. You also had Neptune transiting your moon around the beginning of those Uranus and Pluto transits, which could be another crisis factor: Neptune washes away. Moon is security, family, roots, home. If anything happened to wash that away for you, blame Neptune.
