Source for MLS soccer odds

Does anyone know of a source for MLS soccer (USA) odds for previous seasons?

I can find game data easy enough but haven't been able to find a source for the odds.

I found BetExplorer, which has the data going back at least a couple of years.

Now I need someone to help me understand what I'm seeing. I can't understand some of their data even for hockey and basketball, which I'm very familiar with.

I didn't understand the '1 x 2' values, but I did some resarch and I believe the numbers refer to first team wins, a tie, and second team wins, yes?
I understand that if there is a tie, the bookie keeps your money, correct?

Does anyone know where is possible EXACT, PRECISE date when the MLB teams are FOUNDED and also FRACHISE date.
I found only the YEAR, what is that info for? That is useless information for anybody and for anything.

Getting the date is easy enough from the teams' webpage. The problem is getting the time. Even if you get a scheduled starting time there is no guarantee the game actually started at that time. Often, with a new team, there are all kinds of speaches and introductions of the players and the game can start 20 minutes late.
Use the time for the first game of the season, it works very well.
Franchise dates for the older teams would be very difficult to get, and the times almost impossible. The dates for the newer teams should be easy to get from the internet, but not the times.
