Should the querent buy this flat?

Hi everyone. My friend (querent. She cast the chart when we met) just starts the house hunting again. She saw this flat and would like to see if she can get the property and if there is room to negotiate the price down

querent: mars in Leo in 9th house
moon : Virgo 7 in 9th
the flat : 4th house jupiter in Sagittarius 16 but retrograde (do I need to worry about the retrograde even the planet with strong dignity)
the seller: 7th house Venus in cancer 3
price : 10th house mercury in Leo 4
Querent financial: 2th house Jupiter in Sagittarius 16 but retrograde

it seem like there are quite few aspect between the key planet .
But moon and mar at in cadent house
So I think there is chance the deal will go through . But won’t be much room for price negotiation because price is in fix sign

what you guys think. Appreciate your feedback

thanks
