Significators 19 min separation

Hi,
I did a relational horary reading, and cast this chart. He's an ex from my past. I haven't run into him lately, but got this reading that I'd interpret as some sort of positive meeting that has just happened, but I havent seen this person for a long time.
Does anyone have any ideas on this chart. From my research 19 minutes is a separation.
