Will I be accepted in the exchange program?

I have applied to a university exchange program in order to follow one year of studies in the Unites States.

My question is: will I be accepted in this program and be able to travel to the US?

Well, my significator is SUN, co-significator is moon.
Sun is in sagittarius (that clearly shows my will of living abroad), moon is in exalt. in taurus... well-dignified
The significator of the exchange program would be, to my eyes, the lord of the 9th house. The significator is Jupiter, and although its in a good position (pisces) it squares my sun.

Should I look at the 4th house to see how things will end up?
