In the Tropical Age timeline, Ancient Egypt is the most representative culture of the Tropical Age of Scorpio (c.3100 B.C.-1350 B.C.). The Ancient Egyptians were Africans with dark skin. Osiris (the forerunner of Ancient Greeks god of the Underworld, Pluto), was Egypt's central deity for the 1st through the 4th Dynasties (c.3100-2220 B.C.). Spiritually, the pyramids were portals to the realm of Osiris.

Last night, I found my grandma unable to speak, only grunting and moaning. She tried to speak and it was like she had a mush mouth. I called 911 and it turns out she had a fever of 104 and her heart was beating so slowly she could've died. This morning, they weren't sure she'd make it, but now...they're gonna observe her for 3 days and then give her a pacemaker if her heart won't start working on its own

Everyone else was asleep. If it wasn't for my being a chronic nightowl, she might've died and it would've simply been of old age

I'm so grateful. I was crying because I thought she'd die

But it occurred to me it's interesting how the doctors are able to extend life like this, past natural progression. We're constantly striving for omniscience and omnipotent. I believe we'll one day be immortal on the this track, but we're not meant to be

But I have to ask myself, if there was a chance to make someone I love basically immortal, would I take it? That would be a profound decision, one we're not meant to have

Did you actually read it? It has nothing to do with the racial controversy surrounding ancient Egypt, which the writer was obviously poking fun at by entitling his article like that.

Here is article of someone who took "What race were the ancient Egyptians?" seriously, and not just parroting the trite black/white divide of mainstream argument.

I don't use color-coding for races. Osiris was an incredibly important Ancient Egyptian god. He presided over the darkness of the Underworld, but was benevolent. I don't use "dark" to mean "evil", and there are "dark-skinned" members of many ethnic groups. I thought the article failed to grasp the true import of what Osiris meant to the Ancient Egyptians.

What was Osiris' true import to the ancient Egyptians, in your view?

Re: Random Thoughts

P.S The true import of Osiris to the ancient Egyptians is not what that article is contending with. Nevertheless, your thoughts on his true import won't hurt to hear.

Random thought: The persons with my asc+sun combination that I'm familiar with don't seem to live very long.

Weighed souls in the balance (Maat), and granted reincarnation into a better life for those who qualified.

Re: Random Thoughts

With the 3 of them, they all lived lives that could be described as larger-than-life. Hard, fast, high energy and disregard for limits or bodily/"earthy" safety. Their dreams and aspirations were too much for their mortal frames to handle and they winked out pretty quickly due to that. A fourth person came to me when writing this post, and that's Brad Pitt, who is obviously still alive. But then some of the roles he plays give a space for such a devil-may-care and larger-than-life quality. Tyler Durden in Fight Club, Achilles in Troy and Westray in The Counselor are some examples that'll give you an idea. His chart is also Capricorn heavy, so that would decrease the meteoric quality of burning the self up at such a fast pace.

Reminds me of a poem by Edna St. Vincent Millay:

"My candle burns at both ends
It will not last the night;
But ah, my foes, and oh, my friends--
It gives a lovely light!"

Dion credits the Earth's aura with modifications to the combination of emanations from the Solar-system. THAT'S where the Earth's Ages come into play. Hardly anyone gets this.

Where are the rulers of the light of this world? Isn't that their job?

They are busy with door-to-door protection services, not to forget the preparations for the up and coming end of the world rapture events...you know, Nibiru stuff

There are some that think of 'spirituality' as all "love and light". This article aims to give a different view without delving too deeply.

I like that the "fake news" thread went off so well. I originally made it as a joke and so many people posted, seriously, in it.
