At first I looked at the chart and I thought it was a girl and imagined her to be attractive and traditionally feminine. I go back and read your question again and you mentioned it belongs to a male.

In that case, his chart screams effeminate or even gay to me. 8 out of 10 planets are of the yin persuasion.

1st impression..Intense, sensitive, magnetic, dreamer, artistic, compassionate, beautiful, healing powers, nurturing qualities good for healing profession..high minded philosophical..may have some issues with pride which hurt reputation, or can be genuinely entertaining, gift for performing, stage can be used to heal self/others. Overall, I see one very concerned with reputation and helping others through creative arts.

I also got the impression that it was a woman, a beautiful one at that. Dont know if threadstarter was asking about sexual orientation, or is willing to volunteer that information, but at the very least, with Mercury in Leo in 10th, he may have a reputation for being quite "flamboyant" in his style of expression. This may be someone destined for the stage, theater, etc. Again, Not quite sure if threadstarter was looking for that type of response. But hey, if that's honestly just your first impression, I guess we can just hope that it's the chart of an out and proud flaming homosexual who won't be offended by that impression.
